This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee ICT delivery and technical operations throughout Canada and the USA, ensuring accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, delivery consistency, client engagement, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful fulfillment of client commitments.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and associated ICT assurance services, including ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and TISAX.
• Maintain oversight of audit quality, technical evaluations, nonconformities, certification recommendations, intricate technical issues, and adherence to accreditation and DNV standards.
• Lead and manage the ICT delivery organization directly, including auditors, technical specialists, project managers, and other support resources.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, competence development, auditor qualification and calibration, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Set clear expectations and accountability for auditor performance, technical skills, delivery quality, customer experience, and professional behavior.
• Take ownership of workforce capacity and delivery enhancement, aligning resources and technical expertise with client needs and business expansion.
• Implement scalable processes, tools, and operational practices to enhance efficiency, audit completion, report turnaround time, quality, and resource effectiveness.
• Act as the executive delivery sponsor for strategically significant ICT clients and oversee major, complex, multi-site, or global programs.
• Maintain accountability for delivery excellence, program governance, customer contentment, risk management, and the prompt resolution of escalated concerns.
• Contribute to business strategy, organizational development, capability investments, and resource planning.
• Transform strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least seven (7) years of pertinent experience.
• Extensive experience with ISO management system audits and ICT-related assurance services, including ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards or schemes such as ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, TISAX, cloud security, privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity, or automotive information security.
• Proven experience leading an audit delivery function, technical team, or complex portfolio of certification engagements, with direct responsibility for people management, client delivery, technical quality, capacity, and operational performance.
• Experience managing strategically significant clients, multi-site organizations, global certification programs, or other intricate audit delivery models.
• Strong understanding of certification body operations, audit principles, technical review, objective evidence, nonconformity documentation, certification recommendations, accreditation standards, and impartiality.
• Robust operational and project management skills, encompassing workforce and capacity planning, resource coordination, delivery oversight, performance enhancement, client escalation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSK, or similar credentials are advantageous.
