Seasonal Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operations of the winter hub by performing bike maintenance, equipment overhauls, and fostering collaboration among individuals and teams.

• Facilitate the flow of EOSM tasks alongside Field Staff.

• Ensure that all Field Staff fulfill EOSM tasks within the designated timeline.

• Supervise the cleaning, counting, and loading of equipment, particularly bikes, during the loading process.

• Provide clear guidance and oversee quality control by reviewing and approving completed tasks.

• Support the overhaul and cleaning of unit equipment and other quality-related tasks throughout the winter season.

• Maintain oversight and control regarding who is working on bikes during the off-season.

• Contribute to Hub Winter Projects, which include assembling first aid kits, uploading software into Wahoos, loading vans with equipment, and overhauling and cleaning walking sticks.

• Preferred experience in operations or equipment maintenance.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds (22 kg) from ground to waist height, and 35 pounds (15 kg) from ground to above head.
