This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Translate ideas and strategies into practical execution plans.

• Maintain organization of projects, deadlines, and team priorities.

• Oversee workflow coordination among the remote team.

• Act as the main operational contact within the organization.

• Establish accountability systems and ensure compliance across departments.

• Conduct quality assurance across operations and client experiences.

• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business performance.

• Recognize bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.

• Aid scaling initiatives in sales, operations, and client delivery.

• Deploy tools, automations, and technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Assist the founder in staying focused on growth by managing daily operations.
