Technical Adoption Specialist, Civil 3D, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live coaching sessions to promote the use of Autodesk solutions.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, showcasing product expertise and thought leadership.

• Assist customers in adopting Autodesk technology and achieving their business objectives.

• Create, maintain, and provide packaged service offerings to enhance customer success and encourage new product adoption.

• Present digital content through 1:Many webinars targeted at end users.

• Develop and revise digital content while adhering to CTS standards for quality and consistency.

• Address specific customer challenges using digital content.

• Provide support to medium and large enterprise customers globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and at least advanced-level French.

• Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD within a production environment.

• 5–6 years of experience in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Advanced understanding of industry needs and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

• Additional expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is advantageous.
