AI Enablement – Adoption Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead programs focused on AI enablement and create strategies that promote awareness, adoption, and sustained utilization.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, office hours, and practical demonstrations tailored for business users and leaders.

• Foster enthusiasm and assurance regarding AI adoption; address concerns from stakeholders and pinpoint opportunities for integrating AI into everyday operations.

• Respond to technical inquiries related to system architecture, data flow, and failure scenarios.

• Assess when workflows require retrieval, grounding, or human review, and articulate the reasoning in straightforward terms.

• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to convert technical capabilities into tangible business results.

• Recognize barriers to adoption and develop communications, educational materials, and additional resources.

• Establish and monitor metrics for adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes; collect feedback and refine programs accordingly.

• Assist financial services and insurance firms in responsibly adopting AI while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related discipline.

• A specific, named example of a project you developed or configured using generative AI, such as an agent workflow, rules-based guardrail, or automated triage process.

• Proficient understanding of various AI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable tools.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities, with experience leading sessions for executives, business stakeholders, and end users.

• Capability to influence and engage audiences that may be skeptical.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable results, including adoption figures, engagement rates, time savings, or reductions in error rates.

• Experience in developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption initiatives for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI projects.

• Consultative approach with the ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or AI integration.

• Skill in translating technical concepts into actionable advice for business users.

• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.

• Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or similar certifications are advantageous.
