Senior Technical Adoption Specialist – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key customers to enhance the value derived from Autodesk solutions and assist them in reaching their business objectives.

• Offer technical expertise, consulting, and services for adoption.

• Aid customers in optimizing workflows and enhancing collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Propel successful customer results and expedite the adoption of Autodesk products and platforms.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client organizations.

• Work in close partnership with clients and internal teams.

• Report directly to the Manager of Technical Adoption for the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a related domain.

• Familiarity with AEC construction project workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management.

• Understanding of the German construction sector, with established networks that facilitate the development of strong customer relationships and the expansion of Autodesk solution adoption.

• Proficiency in English; fluency in German is required.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to varied audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferably, additional knowledge of Autodesk desktop tools and/or Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud).

• Experience with Autodesk AEC tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, within real-world project settings is advantageous.

• Experience in delivering engaging technical training and enablement programs for enterprise clients is preferable.

• Experience in identifying opportunities for improving AEC workflows via Autodesk Forma is a plus.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams is desired.

• Demonstrated ownership, flexibility, and a growth-oriented mindset is advantageous.

• A strong passion for assisting customers in learning, adopting new technologies, and achieving successful outcomes is preferred.
