This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Prepare business units and manufacturing locations for effective ERP implementation and ongoing adoption.
• Oversee the ERP business-readiness workstream encompassing process readiness, data governance, training, documentation, go-live preparation, and stabilization.
• Ensure stability in ERP-related operations while documenting and enhancing the SAP Business One environment.
• Establish current-state process and data baselines to assess possible SaaS ERP solutions.
• Map processes, data, roles, controls, reports, and procedures between SAP Business One and the prospective ERP solution.
• Facilitate cross-functional ERP process-discovery and future-state design workshops.
• Identify gaps in processes, data, documentation, and support, and organize actions for stabilization.
• Maintain inventories of processes, requirements, data profiles, reporting needs, demonstration scripts, and traceability records.
• Create readiness frameworks, site assessments, readiness plans, scorecards, action registers, milestones, and criteria for go-live.
• Establish data governance practices and manage profiling, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration sign-off.
• Formulate training strategies and oversee instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, checklists, user guides, and knowledge base materials.
• Assess readiness and adoption while addressing resistance, shadow systems, and recurring user errors.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, business cutover, rehearsals, go/no-go reviews, and visibility of unresolved risks.
• Develop and manage hypercare, support channels, triage, escalation, reporting, and criteria for stabilization exit.
• Collaborate with users, site leaders, IT, functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners during go-live and stabilization.
• Monitor issues, coordinate corrective actions, track stabilization metrics, and transition to ongoing support.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned for future deployment phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, operations, finance, supply chain, organizational change, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of five years of process management experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically in Materials Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Operational Finance.
• At least three years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, business process transformation, change management, or a similar field.
• Direct experience with at least one complete ERP implementation cycle, including process discovery, future-state design, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Willingness and ability to travel to implementation sites during critical phases of the project.
• Capability to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended durations.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
• Personal protective equipment may be necessary in certain areas or for specific tasks.
• May need to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required.
• Regular exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, and industrial equipment.
• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be necessary as required.
• Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment is expected.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check is required.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory for positions subject to ITAR/EAR restrictions.
• Must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.
