This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Customers and Partners to strategize, design, implement, and configure Claroty’s solutions to achieve both technical and business goals.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and subject matter expert for Customers and Partners.
• Take ownership of technical requirements and ensure they align with industry best practices.
• Offer ongoing technical advice, architecture suggestions, and optimization strategies.
• Provide support, enablement, and oversight to Partners during Customer deployments.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within customer environments.
• Convert feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Create technical artifacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
• Assist with escalations and complex technical scenarios alongside Support and R&D teams.
• Facilitate executive-level technical discussions and present strategic roadmaps that align with cybersecurity and operational objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or other similar customer-facing technical positions.
• Experience working with US Federal Customers, including understanding agency-specific requirements, adhering to federal compliance and security standards, collaborating with cross-agency stakeholders, and delivering solutions in regulated government environments.
• Familiarity with relevant Standards & Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC), particularly with IEC 62443.
• Practical knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles as they apply to critical infrastructure and cyber-physical systems.
• Extensive knowledge of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is highly advantageous.
• Strong grasp of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
• Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
• Network and Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+, GICSP, CISSP) are beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A foundational understanding of OT Cybersecurity practices and Operational Technology (OT) / ICS environments and industrial networks is a plus.
