Technical Account Manager – MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance campaign performance

• Ensure the achievement of both client objectives and company goals

• Execute technical operations for clients

• Manage technical challenges associated with launching and operating online campaigns

• Collaborate closely with account managers and sales teams to provide exceptional customer service

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns

• Suggest process improvement strategies to meet internal and external objectives

• Report directly to the Technical Team Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in managing digital campaign marketing

• Strong analytical abilities

• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel

• Highly motivated with a desire to learn

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Proficiency in English

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
