This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
β’ Collaborate with clients and the Tulip account team to create and implement technical success plans for designated accounts.
β’ Offer expert insights on Tulip platform architecture, integrations, and sophisticated use cases.
β’ Facilitate technical conversations with customer stakeholders, ranging from app developers to IT and Operations executives.
β’ Discover opportunities for enhanced platform utilization and technical optimization.
β’ Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and in-depth explorations of the platform.
β’ Assist customers in designing scalable solutions utilizing Tulip's no-code platform.
β’ Support customers through intricate technical implementations and integrations.
β’ Work with customers to establish technical best practices and governance frameworks.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success Manager to guarantee a seamless customer experience and account growth.
β’ Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer technical requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Engineering during opportunities for expansion.
β’ Aid in the renewal processes through technical value demonstrations.
β’ Remain updated on Tulip platform capabilities, industry trends, and manufacturing technologies.
β’ Create technical content, documentation, and enablement materials.
β’ Engage in customer advisory boards and technical user groups.
β’ Represent Tulip at industry events and technical conferences.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in technical customer-facing positions such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Tulip delivery at the L4 SOLV level.
β’ Strong comprehension of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, or industrial software.
β’ Experience with APIs, system integrations, and database principles.
β’ Preferable familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
β’ Willingness to travel, with an estimated 20% travel requirement.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
β’ Strong skills in presentation and workshop facilitation.
β’ Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-team collaboration.
β’ Extensive knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in industrial environments.
β’ Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational challenges.
β’ Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related platforms.
