This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries within the Valeris IT organization.
• Oversee and escalate client requests, service tickets, defect resolutions, and innovation initiatives from initiation through to completion.
• Hold regular status meetings with business partners and clients to communicate progress, status updates, outcomes, and challenges.
• Work collaboratively with operations to introduce innovative technology concepts and solutions to clients.
• Engage in client quarterly business reviews, presenting updates on technology initiatives and accomplishments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client technology, connecting operations, technology, and partner teams.
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and deadlines.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and development leads/managers to design implementations and address issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, project management, and client success roles, including client management and expectation setting.
• Proven experience working with both internal and external clients to define business and technical requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Experience in the healthcare and information technology sectors is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with web services and data feed integration is preferred.
• Strong grasp of technology solutions and their application within a business framework.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce software is a plus.
• Skilled in eliciting requirements and diagramming process flows.
• Experience with project tracking software is preferred.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of investigating optimal solutions for business challenges and engaging with key IT personnel responsible for delivery.
• Preferred candidates should be able to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
• Willingness to travel as necessary is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screening is required.
