Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and the Tulip account team to create and implement technical success plans for designated accounts.

• Offer expert advice on the Tulip platform's architecture, integrations, and advanced use cases.

• Facilitate technical discussions with customer stakeholders, including app builders and IT and Operations leaders.

• Discover opportunities for enhanced platform adoption and technical improvements.

• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and in-depth platform explorations.

• Assist customers in designing scalable solutions utilizing Tulip's no-code platform.

• Guide customers through intricate technical implementations and integrations.

• Collaborate with customers to establish technical best practices and governance frameworks.

• Work in close partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth customer experience and account expansion.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer technical requirements.

• Work alongside Sales Engineering during opportunities for expansion.

• Aid in renewal processes with demonstrations of technical value.

• Stay informed about Tulip platform capabilities, industry trends, and advancements in manufacturing technologies.

• Create technical content, documentation, and enablement resources.

• Engage in customer advisory boards and technical user groups.

• Represent Tulip at industry events and technical conferences.

• Actively incorporate AI tools into the technical workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar positions.

• 3+ years of experience in Tulip delivery or equivalent MES experience, at the L4 SOLV level.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, or industrial software.

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and database concepts.

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms is preferred.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in presentation and workshop facilitation.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple teams.

• In-depth understanding of digital transformation initiatives in industrial environments.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational challenges.

• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and similar platforms.
