This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the technical operating procedures for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to establish, scope, and monitor customer projects and prospective opportunities.
• Facilitate coordination among partner teams, financial institution clients, and internal teams at Atomic.
• Maintain clarity on ownership, next steps, potential risks, and timelines.
• Create reusable enablement materials for partners and financial institutions, such as welcome packets, onboarding templates, one-pagers, and support guides.
• Recognize recurring integration challenges, support trends, and gaps in products or processes.
• Transform recurring issues into sustainable improvements.
• Conduct customer status meetings and internal planning discussions with relevant participants and a well-defined decision/action trail.
• Proactively escalate technical, support, scope, and timeline risks with supporting evidence, customer impact analysis, and suggested solutions.
• Engage with customers to build relationships, comprehend their issues and requests, manage escalations, and communicate resolutions and subsequent steps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Background in technical account management, implementation management, solutions consulting, professional services, partner success, customer success engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient project and stakeholder management skills across multiple accounts or workstreams.
• Strong operational instincts to ensure ownership, timelines, risks, decisions, and systems of record are well-maintained.
• Genuine curiosity about the businesses of partners and customers.
• Capability to identify recurring patterns and convert them into scalable processes or documentation.
• Interest in technical subjects and the ability to grasp software integrations.
• Experience in fintech, financial institutions, embedded finance, or regulated customer environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, webhooks, Postman/curl, SQL, or observability tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Pylon and Linear is beneficial.
• Some experience in writing or reviewing code and creating technical documentation is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
