This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients utilizing Adjust services.

• Assist clients in effectively leveraging the Adjust product and resolving any technical issues.

• Provide daily support and conduct regular check-in calls with the client portfolio.

• Collaborate with a global Support team.

• Work closely with Sales, Integration, and other departments within Adjust.

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience to maintain satisfied clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing position; internships or academic projects are considered.

• A degree in a STEM discipline is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Familiarity with command-line tools such as Grep and SQL is advantageous.

• Ability to simplify complex topics for better client comprehension.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Previous experience or knowledge of the AdTech sector, including digital advertising technologies and platforms, is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel when necessary.
