This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and solution strategist for key and growth industrial accounts within the Manufacturing, Energy, and Supply Chain sectors.
• Establish strong relationships with technical and operational decision-makers, such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering/IT, Chief Architects, and Operations Leaders.
• Represent webAI’s technical vision in high-level discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to create technical account plans and enterprise AI strategies.
• Design multi-year technical roadmaps for manufacturing, energy, warehousing, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimization.
• Tailor webAI solution blueprints to meet customer-specific operational needs and compliance regulations.
• Offer forward-thinking advice on AI, computer vision, edge deployment, and interconnected production and supply systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, operational innovations, competitive AI solutions, and industrial standards.
• Coordinate efforts among AI solution architects, data engineers, product teams, and delivery partners.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for AI deployment, edge hardware integration, retrofit strategies, and enhancements to industrial facilities.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Presales, Product Development, Delivery, and delivery partners.
• Facilitate technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Simplify complex AI and data-driven concepts into actionable proposals for engineering, IT, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Define webAI’s platform and models within manufacturing, energy management, and supply chain automation frameworks.
• Identify early engagement opportunities in expansion initiatives, energy modernization, greenfield and brownfield projects, and global supply chain optimizations.
• Ensure continuous customer value through scalable AI integration, lifecycle support, and ongoing optimization.
• 8+ years of experience in account management, solution engineering, technical account management, or technical sales in manufacturing, energy, supply chain, or industrial enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of industrial and supply chain systems, including PLCs, edge computing, network architectures, sensor networks, SCADA, MES, and WMS/TMS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex operational requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically, with some international travel as needed.
• Preferred: 10+ years in technical account management or solution architecture in manufacturing, energy, or supply chain management.
• Preferred: Practical experience with industrial AI/ML deployment, computer vision implementations, edge AI runtime environments, and large-scale AI deployment projects.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or Business.
• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP or AI/Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; employment is contingent on completing Form I-9.
