Tech Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for engineering and technology positions, encompassing Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, and Data roles.

• Develop and enhance hiring workflows, candidate scorecards, structured interview processes, and funnel analytics.

• Collaborate with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Hiring Managers to define candidate personas and set expectations.

• Implement targeted sourcing strategies and proactive outreach to attract specialized technical talent.

• Oversee ATS tracking and assess funnel conversion metrics.

• Detect hiring risks and pipeline bottlenecks at an early stage.

• Integrate directly with rapidly expanding European client companies as their expert in technical recruitment.

• Facilitate the hiring of high-impact technology teams while ensuring a premium candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the CEE or Balkans region.

• A minimum of 3 years of focused experience in technical recruitment within dynamic tech, scale-up, or agency settings.

• Strong understanding of contemporary software developer ecosystems and tech stacks.

• Practical experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.

• Proficient in English, with at least a C1 level of fluency.

• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner, both in writing and verbally.

• Immediate availability or a readiness to start within 1–2 weeks.

• Openness to collaborate on an indefinite B2B contract.

• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and diverse sourcing channels.

• Current location in EMEA or within ±2 hours of Central European Time (CET).
