This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the complete talent acquisition process as a consultant and collaborator with business leaders.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies from the approval of requisitions through to recruitment and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to establish role requirements and success profiles.
• Utilize market intelligence and data analytics to source, engage, and attract candidates.
• Manage job postings, targeted sourcing, competency-based interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Enhance recruitment processes and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Maintain communication with managers, teams, agencies, and applicants.
• Build talent pipelines to address immediate hiring needs and support long-term organizational growth.
• Process both internal and external applications, resumes, and transfer requests.
• Guarantee compliance with federal and state labor laws as well as company policies.
• Assist in training managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and updates.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, compile data, and prepare and disseminate reports.
• Stay updated on best practices, laws, and emerging trends.
• Suggest and implement risk mitigation strategies through strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Lead, participate in, and/or present during team, management, client, and other meetings.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition is mandatory.
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment is essential.
• Experience in physician recruitment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, web applications, and the ability to type accurately (40+ wpm).
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, presentation, and project management capabilities.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities, with the capacity to work independently, collaboratively, and professionally within a team environment, engaging with clients and all stakeholders (internal & external) at every organizational level.
• Detail-oriented, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, integrity, dependability, respect for others, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
