This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers primarily within the Information Technology sector to implement a comprehensive, multi-channel recruiting approach and attract a diverse array of talent.
• Engage with managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, responsibilities, qualifications, necessary skills, and potential talent sources.
• Develop tailored Talent Acquisition strategies for each role.
• Source and evaluate candidates through external recruitment channels while establishing a diverse talent pipeline.
• Create pipelines of high-caliber candidates for key positions in anticipation of future openings.
• Oversee designated special projects, including maintaining TA systems, custom reporting, and initiatives such as the Intern program.
• Promote the organization to prospective candidates by articulating its mission, strategic objectives, and employment value proposition.
• Leverage social media, job boards, and various external platforms to enhance organizational visibility.
• Provide suggested interview guides and encourage managers to utilize them while submitting feedback forms.
• Assist in the development, execution, and ongoing assessment of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.
• Consult with HR colleagues and hiring managers regarding new hire offers and offer business recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and Navitus; coordinate with recruiting teams, agencies, and contractors to ensure compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Support recruiting-related HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting, specifically for positions that require sourcing and digital marketing to fill roles, or a comparable mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with advanced recruiting methods for identifying both active and passive candidates.
• Understanding of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in managing expectations of high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with fellow employees.
• Availability Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CT.
