Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Recruiting Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Align the current business processes of clients with validated HCM Cloud methodologies.

• Utilize functional expertise alongside technical consulting teams to implement Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Facilitate client workshops to gather and define functional business requirements.

• Identify design and requirement gaps, developing solutions that are in alignment.

• Configure Oracle Cloud environments while designing and documenting the application setup.

• Provide clients with advice on options, risks, and the impacts on other processes and systems.

• Oversee the module track, encompassing scope, client expectations, project risks, issue mitigation, and guidance for the team.

• Mentor team members in design, configuration, and documentation practices.

• Lead and assist clients during the execution of test scripts.

• Engage in internal training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design forums.

• Propel the development of innovative Oracle Cloud product solutions.

• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants.

• Manage client engagements of mid- to large-scale.

• Offer expert guidance, strategic advice, and solutions driven by technology.

• Provide indirect mentorship across various teams and experience levels.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• At least four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your area of expertise.

• Specific experience in Core HR or Recruiting and Journeys is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.

• Strong understanding of client data movement to external systems and the impacts on upstream and downstream processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects effectively.

• Excellent planning and prioritization skills.

• Proficient in managing communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Proven history of building enduring client relationships.

• Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Oracle Cloud trends and releases.

• Willing to travel as necessary.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional skills in managing complex projects.

• Demonstrated thought leadership and industry expertise.

• Strong business development skills for acquiring clients and expanding relationships.

• Mentorship and coaching skills are essential.

• Ability to contribute to the strategic vision and decision-making processes.

• Oracle certification in your area of expertise is preferred.
