High-Volume Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with field managers to identify hiring requirements and achieve competitive recruitment objectives.

• Oversee recruitment processes and devise strategies to source, attract, and hire candidates for essential roles.

• Utilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing methods, including Boolean searches.

• Work alongside team members on creative sourcing and recruitment strategies.

• Facilitate recruiting discussions with field managers and HR personnel.

• Formulate effective interview and sourcing approaches.

• Ensure data accuracy and keep the Applicant Tracking System current.

• Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing business processes.

• Operate as an individual contributor without managing a team.

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, particularly in high-volume settings.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers.

• Exceptional project management capabilities.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to comprehend business functions.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.

• Complete proficiency in Boolean search methodologies.

• Understanding of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
