This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional recruiting services to the Ryder organization efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Continuously explore and implement cutting-edge recruitment methodologies.
• Identify, attract, interview, and recommend candidates for entry- and mid-level positions, as well as managerial, technical, and/or professional roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.
• Foster strong partnerships with HR and business units to ensure optimal service levels.
• Address staffing challenges of moderate complexity by analyzing various factors in situations or data.
• Ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to recruitment.
• Advocate for Ryder as a preferred employer.
• Identify the most effective recruiting channels.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives and objectives.
• Evaluate staffing requirements within business units and take necessary actions to meet service expectations.
• Apply judgment within established procedures and practices to determine suitable actions.
• Maintain internal and some external contacts.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related field is required.
• Must possess a business-oriented perspective.
• Exercise discretion in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in multitasking, highly organized with outstanding time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
