Tech Manager II – Employee Journey

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture engineering managers and technical leaders through personalized 1:1 meetings and ongoing feedback.

• Cultivate an environment that embraces best practices, promotes continuous learning, and encourages team autonomy.

• Play a key role in shaping the technology strategy, product roadmap, and OKRs by aligning technical decisions with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to develop suitable solutions that align with the business vision while avoiding unnecessary complexities.

• Monitor product metrics and keep stakeholders informed about progress towards outcomes.

• Guarantee team predictability and capacity, ensuring timely completion of the backlog.

• Oversee cross-functional, multi-team initiatives and eliminate critical obstacles.

• Advocate for the implementation of scalable and sustainable architectures that support the company’s growth.

• Ensure thorough root-cause analysis for complex incidents and maintain high software quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust background in Software Engineering, large-scale systems architecture, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Practical experience in information security, safeguarding sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with Brazil’s LGPD data protection legislation.

• In-depth understanding of the SAP ecosystem, satellite solution projects, and integration via third-party APIs.

• Proven history of leading intricate transformation programs with significant interdependencies.

• Capability to convert HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Prior experience with HR systems (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting and Selection, Performance) or transitioning legacy HR systems to the cloud.

• Advanced expertise in microservices, REST, event-driven architecture, as well as monitoring and logging practices.

• Strong proficiency in data architecture and modeling for both transactional and analytical systems.
