This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The team is tasked with optimizing and automating service processes within Salesforce, leading to enhanced franchisee satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the training and career management of the team, covering everything from recruiting new collaborators to developing Individual Development Plans (PDI) and providing feedback.
• Act as the owner and co-responsible for the planning process while contributing to product planning discussions.
• Introduce enabling points and continuous improvement aspects into the planning.
• Foster a Software Engineering culture that promotes knowledge sharing, continuous learning, feedback, and transparency.
• Contribute to and support technical decisions regarding Architecture, Documentation, Technical Debt, Quality, Security, SRE, DevOps, and Data Engineering.
• Lead the evolution of software development processes, including Flow Management, Crisis Management, Incident Management, and roadmap tracking.
• Support the management of the Backlog and Workflow Roadmap, engaging in Kanban rituals and practices that encourage autonomy, empowerment, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience with development personnel.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL.
• Knowledge and experience with technologies such as JavaScript, Node.JS, React, Restful APIs, Micro Frontend, Design Systems, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture, using serverless and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code.
• Experience in the development cycle and evolution of digital products.
• Experience in agile teams with proficiency in Kanban and Lean practices.
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, supporting teams from diagnosis and understanding of issues and opportunities to execution and value generation.
