Tech Manager I – Financial Digital Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the software development team, fostering their development through regular one-on-one meetings and ongoing feedback.

• Lead ceremonies relevant to the squad’s chosen methodology, including planning sessions, refinement meetings, and retrospectives.

• Eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

• Strategically navigate the organization to pinpoint opportunities and vital roles critical to the team's success.

• Organize collaborative initiatives across multiple teams to guarantee product success.

• Hold stakeholder meetings to showcase results, obtain feedback, and ensure alignment on the product roadmap.

• Collaboratively develop the squad’s vision and mission with team members.

• Monitor product and business performance metrics.

• Engage in product discovery activities.

• Aid in defining the product/squad objectives and key metrics, and communicate results to stakeholders (OKRs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in leading software development teams focused on digital products.

• Proven track record in enhancing processes, products, or services.

• Familiarity with facilitation and problem-solving methodologies.

• Experience working within agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Background in guiding teams through technological or process modernization or migration.

• Experience with financial systems and knowledge of credit is advantageous.
