Finance Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in processing financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various financial entries.

• Aid in the preparation of regular financial reports by gathering data, entering details into spreadsheets, and contributing to initial data analysis.

• Provide support to internal clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing requests appropriately.

• Offer administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, aiding in procurement, requesting quotes, organizing documents, coordinating business travel, and processing expenses.

• Help with scheduling room reservations as needed.

• Uphold a strong commitment to information security and privacy standards.

• Enhance internal communication within the Finance department and across other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with administrative and financial processes and routines.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of the Protheus system is advantageous.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals from various departments and different levels of the hierarchy.

• Strong self-management skills.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to venture beyond comfort zones.
