Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive FP&A functions, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess revenue growth strategies, commercial prospects, financial implications, and execution trade-offs.

• Create financial models and conduct scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Assist in capital budgeting and investment allocation by evaluating anticipated returns, strategic priorities, and funding needs.

• Manage KPI tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Convert financial and operational performance trends into actionable insights.

• Supervise financial performance and cash-flow management to align with business goals, liquidity needs, and resource distribution.

• Establish and sustain pricing, margin, and profitability reporting.

• Identify and assess potential investment and partnership opportunities.

• Analyze strategic opportunities and funding requirements, providing financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Aid investment and partnership decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of expected returns and strategic significance.

• Manage financial operations, accounting coordination, tax planning, financial compliance, and overall financial management.

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial and tax regulations while collaborating with internal and external advisors.

• Supervise financial processes and controls to promote accurate reporting, operational effectiveness, and financial integrity.

• Facilitate the monthly financial close process, including review of financial statements, result analysis, and coordination with accounting resources.

• Partner with executive and operational leaders across functions to align financial planning and resource allocation with business goals.

• Work alongside the development team on internal products and solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and automation.

• Engage in cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects.

• Prepare and provide financial content for board presentations, leadership briefings, and executive updates.

• Address ad hoc requests for financial, operational, and strategic analyses from executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Meet or exceed performance expectations, demonstrate sound professional judgment, collaborate effectively, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.

• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
