This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Oversee a team within a high-achieving organization.
• Work in conjunction with business and finance leaders to promote profitable growth across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Prepare and assess intricate financial systems and processes.
• Deliver extensive and thorough analysis to enhance and optimize operations.
• Review all aspects of the forecasting process that supports the business.
• Lead a finance professional and collaborate across functions to align data and actions with Veristat’s growth objectives.
• Establish a cooperative copilot/advisor relationship with business and finance leadership.
• Support and manage the financial management reporting process.
• Propel relevant transformations and expedite margin improvements.
• Convert efficiency, growth, and profitability drivers into actionable operational tasks.
• Guide business partners and work together to achieve operational KPIs.
• Link operational outcomes to their financial implications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience with a robust analytical, leadership, and partnership history is essential.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and contemporary financial and accounting software applications is necessary.
• Strong ability to listen, interpret, influence, challenge, build relationships, collaborate, resolve conflicts, facilitate discussions, and negotiate within a matrix structure.
• Capacity to motivate and influence others while leading change across diverse cultures.
• Proven ability to think strategically, leverage expertise, and act as a consultant and business partner.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated capacity to partner with leadership in driving top-line growth opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal, analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
