Teamcenter Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive Siemens Teamcenter solutions that align with business goals and the needs of engineering and product development.

• Lead extensive Teamcenter projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts, such as transforming RAC to Active Workspace.

• Create scalable PLM solutions that encompass BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.

• Establish enterprise solution architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and development standards across PLM initiatives.

• Architect and manage integrations between Teamcenter and systems like SAP S/4HANA, NX, ERP, MES, ECAD, and MCAD.

• Propel AI-driven innovation, automation, and continuous improvement to boost engineering efficiency, data integrity, and business results.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to global development teams while ensuring compliance with Agile, SDLC, and enterprise architecture best practices.

• Work collaboratively with business leaders, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-oriented PLM ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Over 12 years of IT or Engineering experience, including more than 10 years of direct experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation, transformation, or modernization projects in intricate enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions using ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Framework, and related Teamcenter technologies.

• Established experience in integrating Teamcenter with SAP, NX, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

• A strong enthusiasm for AI innovation, digital engineering transformation, governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
