This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of assigned customers or multiple functional team members.

• Allocate resources effectively to execute project plans and meet service level agreements.

• Manage workload distribution and engage in resource management across global teams.

• Ensure the smooth integration of team services.

• Consistently implement, utilize, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate and track progress towards team objectives.

• Implement, monitor, and report on performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.

• Engage in the execution of department or customer strategies and communicate these strategies effectively.

• Foster the development of team members and set performance goals.

• Complete performance evaluations and interim progress reviews in a documented manner.

• Oversee continuous improvement, quality assurance, and productivity initiatives.

• Monitor and address customer complaints, issues, concerns, and service failures.

• Apply best practices in budget and risk management.

• Maintain systems like Workfront with precise workload and timeline data.

• Lead client relationships, managing milestones, communication, and escalation processes.

• Consult with customers to identify their needs and define success criteria.

• Collaborate with CLS functions and Business Units to enhance client delivery.

• Support project management leadership with team operations.

• Work alongside Business Development Directors to comprehend customer requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer leadership.

• Proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in people management or supervision is preferred.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours.

• Ability to work remotely from the UK.
