Team Leader II – Learning and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and assess instructional design materials and projects from the Training Team prior to their submission to the Director of Training.

• Evaluate training events to ensure they adhere to Knowtion Health and Training Team standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancing training effectiveness.

• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members.

• Provide guidance and constructive criticism.

• Facilitate employee growth and development.

• Collect and analyze feedback from class evaluations.

• Suggest enhancements for upcoming training sessions.

• Rotate through various lines of business to ensure training content meets operational requirements.

• Step in to provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Training and QA Director and the Assistant Director.

• Proactively communicate issues and assist in resolving them.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong emphasis on Instructional Design.

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• A high degree of professionalism is essential.

• Proficient knowledge of Instructional Design principles.

• Strong Emotional Intelligence skills.

• Compliance with HIPAA regulations is required.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home is necessary.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required during screening and/or interviews.
