Professional Development Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain proficiency in the Great Minds professional services catalog.

• Deliver exceptional onsite support, coaching, and professional development to designated schools.

• Assist districts and schools in effectively implementing Great Minds curricula.

• Engage in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of new professional services offerings.

• Develop facilitation and coaching skills while gaining familiarity with Great Minds products.

• Uphold a strong and supportive Great Minds culture that prioritizes trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.

• Provide a combination of professional development facilitation and coaching.

• Occasionally conduct virtual sessions and travel outside the region as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering high-quality professional development.

• Background in implementing one of Great Minds curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.

• Proficient in or aligned with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.

• Strong content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.

• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills for goal setting, project management, collective decision-making, meeting deadlines, and maintaining records.

• Capacity to make solutions-oriented decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Candidates must reside in Texas.

• Valid driver's license is necessary.

• Willingness to travel via air and road.

• Submission of a cover letter and resume is mandatory.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status is necessary.

• Commitment to support a minimum of 5 service days from November 2026 through June 2027 on an as-needed basis.
