This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Prepare and provide exceptional training to both new and existing customers.
β’ Conduct classroom training at company facilities, industry conferences, or client sites.
β’ Organize and schedule training sessions, including the management of participants and resources.
β’ Advocate for and support the adoption of online learning modules such as SmartZone.
β’ Assess individual and group training needs.
β’ Evaluate and enhance training formats, materials, and delivery techniques.
β’ Utilize AI tools to analyze learner feedback and performance data to refine training content and methods.
β’ Gather and offer feedback on curriculum and program design.
β’ Implement spaced-learning initiatives, micro-challenges, job aids, and peer learning groups.
β’ Facilitate communities of practice, user groups, and enablement sessions.
β’ Define and communicate training expectations to end users.
β’ Develop and mentor customer super users.
β’ Deliver train-the-trainer programs, including coaching and shadowing opportunities.
β’ Assess knowledge transfer post-training.
β’ Maintain updated training databases and content.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Identify and escalate issues related to product adoption, technology, knowledge retention, or self-learning resources.
β’ Support KPIs, including process compliance and customer satisfaction metrics.
β’ Recommend and enhance AI-native processes.
β’ Participate in educational workshops, seminars, certification, and release training.
β’ Report to the Sr Manager of Professional Services.
β’ Post-secondary education, ideally in training and development, education, or a related discipline.
β’ Prior client-facing training experience, preferably within the software industry.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to clarify simple and complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
β’ Strong grasp of adult learning principles, training development methods, and best practices.
β’ High proficiency in software and technology.
β’ Excellent presentation abilities.
β’ Experience in conducting training sessions both in-person and remotely.
β’ Strong documentation skills.
β’ Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in generative AI tools, including Claude and Copilot.
β’ Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom and WebEx.
β’ Willingness to travel 30% to customer locations as required.
β’ Clinical or financial experience in the senior care sector is preferred.
