Instructional Design, Learning Innovation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and curate captivating learning resources, knowledge-sharing products, and performance support tools.

• Produce multimedia learning materials utilizing authoring, design, and video production tools.

• Maintain, update, and enhance learning materials to ensure accuracy, accessibility, relevance, and alignment with learner/project needs.

• Support AI-driven learning solutions and workflows to enhance content development, learner engagement, efficiency, and knowledge transfer.

• Conduct research and analysis on learning needs, emerging practices, and new technologies.

• Test and assess approaches to improve learning products and development processes.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, test, and refine learning experiences and resources.

• Implement evidence-based instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and adult learning practices.

• Coordinate assigned project activities and contribute to learning and innovation initiatives.

• Define metrics for learning success and analyze user feedback and other data.

• Utilize evaluation findings to continuously enhance learning products and experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, education, communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in developing digital learning resources, instructional materials, multimedia assets, or performance support tools for adult learners.

• Proficiency in using learning and design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Synthesia, or comparable platforms.

• Experience in creating multimedia learning assets, including videos, graphics, job aids, templates, and interactive learning products.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and emerging technologies that facilitate learning and content development.

• Understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of learning evaluation methods and strategies for assessing learning effectiveness and transfer.

• Experience working collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop and refine learning solutions.

• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
