Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs)

• Connect with existing and prospective wealth management clients via phone, email, and text

• Enhance client relationships and schedule appointments for Wealth Management Team partners

• Cultivate a culture of trust and empower C-RM Associates

• Assist in the development of associates and their future career growth

• Act as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets

• Collaborate with WMT function leaders to promote best practices and uniform standards of care

• Mentor and develop associates to ensure an exceptional client experience

• Equip the team to promote client engagement with Wealth Management Teams

• Contribute to a team culture that is collaborative, competitive, and inspiring

• Create customized development plans for associates

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new C-RMs

• Establish a talent pipeline for C-RMs

• Motivate associates to perform at their highest potential

• Proven track record of achieving business results and addressing complex challenges

• Cross-functional business insight with the ability to integrate various goals and priorities

• Leadership style grounded in data-driven decision-making

• Demonstrated capability in managing change effectively

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of client service, operations, and business processes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Series 63, 7, 9, and 10 licenses must be obtained prior to hiring

• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities

• Skills in coaching and developing associates

• Knowledge of financial products, guidance, and solutions

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance practices and regulations

• Ability to adhere to securities, investment, retirement, ERISA, FINRA, and related regulations

• May be subject to restrictions based on specific criminal histories
