This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Serve as the primary management contact for a small group of Sales Development Representatives.
• Deliver real-time coaching focused on messaging, calls, emails, time management, and prioritization.
• Support the onboarding and training of new SDR hires through organized learning sessions, shadowing, and skills development.
• Enhance outbound messaging, conversation scripts, and email templates.
• Evaluate call quality, outreach effectiveness, and message consistency.
• Assist the SDR Manager by providing performance insights during pipeline pursuit weeks.
• Monitor progress towards activity goals and target achievement.
• Identify strategic opportunities, persona targeting, channel distribution, and sequence modifications to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to share team insights, identify potential leads, and coordinate on initiatives.
• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Reach out to qualified prospects using a consultative sales methodology.
• Execute outbound calls, engage prospects, and develop them for closure by the Sales team.
• Record, track, and monitor leads and activities within Salesforce.com.
• Schedule appointments with Account Executives in targeted sectors.
• Nurture long-term prospects.
• Deepen understanding of B2B sales principles.
• Over 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR with a track record of consistent performance and mastery of the role.
• Experience mentoring peers, conducting training sessions, or assisting with team onboarding.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong time management skills; capable of planning, prioritizing, and organizing a varied workload with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quick to identify skill gaps or performance improvement opportunities.
• Ability to foster a high-performance culture while holding both yourself and representatives accountable for activity and performance targets.
• Ambition to advance into leadership roles and contribute positively to team culture and performance.
