📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive outbound sales strategy for the APAC region, encompassing data collection, enrichment, lead generation, and outreach.

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and Sales Team to drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue growth.

• Implement coordinated outbound campaigns that support events, product launches, and roadshows.

• Enhance and verify data to create precise contact lists and pinpoint regional decision-makers.

• Conduct A/B testing to refine outreach and messaging, considering cultural and regional factors.

• Partner with marketing to execute targeted outbound initiatives and campaign efforts.

• Monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs.

• Achieve consistent delivery of qualified meetings and meet the monthly meetings target.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated outbound sales experience in hotel technology, with a track record of consistently exceeding KPIs, particularly meeting-based targets.

• Practical experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, Lusha, Prospeo, Octoparse, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional prioritization and planning abilities.

• A creative, proactive, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

• Confident in communication and open to making calls.

• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.

• A willingness to learn, adapt, and engage with AI-enhanced solutions.
