This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Lead and nurture a team of Project Managers.
• Manage the delivery of project management services for significant projects and programs.
• Ensure excellence in service, engage clients, promote market outreach, and foster the growth of project management services.
• Provide strategic direction across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and critical capital initiatives.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate programs.
• Enhance project performance and build robust client relationships.
• Encourage collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
• Support innovation, sustainability initiatives, risk management, and the creation of long-term value.
• Contribute to business development efforts and enhance the company's footprint in the financial services and corporate real estate sectors.
• Lead client communications and manage project management team services.
• Conduct research on construction market trends and analyze official published data.
• Create thought leadership reports.
• Strategically and operationally manage project management services, including resource planning, financial oversight, business generation, training, and development.
• Establish team strategies and ambitions in alignment with the Business Plan.
• Develop personnel and promote a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity.
• Maintain knowledge management systems and share insights from commissions.
• Enhance internal systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
• Formulate priority plans, risk mitigation strategies, KPIs, appraisal documents, management controls, and critical success factors.
• Conduct internal BMS audits and coordinate external audit processes.
• Cultivate market knowledge, act as a brand ambassador, and establish client opportunity pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
• Participate in senior leadership meetings and prepare as well as deliver presentations.
• Monitor revenue, margins, monthly fees, and resource needs using internal software.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Attend networking and promotional events.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract skilled professionals and plan staffing needs.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field.
• A graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting setting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering project management services to clients.
• Strong business development ambitions and acumen, with a proven record in driving business growth.
• Experience in the major construction sector with esteemed clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related fields.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
