Team Lead, People Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete operational employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, contract modifications, parental leave, offboarding, and all associated processes.

• Draft employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and references for employees.

• Ensure precise maintenance of employee master data in Personio and facilitate reliable payroll processing.

• Track deadlines, reporting obligations, and compliance with employment laws.

• Continuously enhance, standardize, document, and automate current HR processes.

• Provide guidance to employees and select managers on operational HR matters.

• Assist in the HR transformation and coordinate collaboration across various interfaces.

• Take independent ownership of and execute HR projects.

• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues within the People Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in HR Operations or personnel administration, preferably within a tech or high-growth environment.

• Strong understanding of employment and social security laws, along with payroll processing.

• Proficient use of HR systems, particularly Personio.

• A strong affinity for automation.

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

• A proactive mentality and a passion for processes.

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
