Team Lead, Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the BI layer and spearhead the shift from conventional dashboard reporting to proactive, AI-driven analytics.

• Collaborate with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights related to ARR, pipeline effectiveness, unit economics, and customer retention.

• Redesign the operational model of the BI function from a reactive dashboard creation approach to a proactive business partnership.

• Manage KPI definitions and create a reliable single source of truth for executive leadership and the Board.

• Establish an AI-driven analytics layer for automated insight generation, anomaly detection, and self-service analytics.

• Mentor and nurture a team of 3 BI Analysts.

• Work alongside a dedicated Programme Manager to implement the analytics roadmap.

• Evaluate the current reporting cadence, data utilization, trust gaps, and team capabilities.

• Introduce structure and reposition the team as analytical partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience managing a BI function.

• Proven track record of building and enhancing BI functions and elevating standards.

• Experience in integrating AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale.

• Proficiency in automation, insight generation, and self-service analytics.

• Capability to define KPIs and establish governance alongside a single source of truth.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

• Skill in reviewing analytical logic and challenging assumptions.

• Proficient in identifying analytical issues without the necessity of writing SQL on a daily basis.

• Leadership experience and a background in people development.

• Established ability to earn trust from executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in delivering a prior BI transformation.
