Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Personify Health products and their reporting functionalities.

• Collaborate with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations teams to identify client needs for service delivery and reporting.

• Assess reporting requests to determine their feasibility for support and automation within Genesys, Calabrio, or Empower.

• Direct unsupported standard reporting requests in Excel to the Microstrategy team.

• Create standard reports utilizing Excel, Genesys, Calabrio, and Empower.

• Establish automated processes to deliver reports to clients according to agreed schedules.

• Revise existing reports in response to client change requests and contractual requirements.

• Investigate data discrepancies to identify sources of errors and implement solutions.

• Enhance processes to boost the performance of standard reporting.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports generated from the ticketing system.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Must regularly operate a computer and other office productivity tools.

• Must frequently position oneself to organize files in filing cabinets.

• Must frequently lift boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Must effectively communicate information and ideas for clear understanding and accurate exchanges.

• Must be able to observe details at close range.
