Team Lead – Affiliates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement extensive affiliate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, driving revenue growth, and increasing brand visibility.

• Oversee, mentor, and lead a team of affiliate marketing specialists.

• Offer guidance, support, and performance evaluations to team members.

• Identify and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners.

• Negotiate and refine affiliate agreements for optimal results.

• Assess affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to uncover areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory updates.

• Review and enhance affiliate program processes, tools, and resources.

• Ensure adherence to affiliate marketing guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Attend conferences and industry events to expand the partner network.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role.

• A minimum of 1 year serving as a Team Lead.

• Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly within the iGaming industry.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a proficiency in making data-driven decisions.

• Experience with affiliate tracking and reporting tools.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Results-focused mindset aimed at achieving measurable outcomes and business objectives.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing priorities and demands.

• Strong leadership skills, including the capability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
