Partner Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales and technical training focused on Quilt product knowledge, system design, installation best practices, commissioning, troubleshooting, and the Quilt selling experience.

• Educate new partners during their onboarding process and provide continuous learning opportunities.

• Travel to partner sites, regional training events, and trade shows to deliver hands-on training and accompany installation teams.

• Conduct webinars and remote training sessions between in-person visits.

• Assist partners in navigating Quilt’s certification process and monitor their progress within the Learning Management System.

• Address partner inquiries, troubleshoot installation and product-related issues, and guide them to the appropriate resources.

• Revise guides, videos, and course materials as products and software evolve.

• Communicate partner inquiries, installation difficulties, and training deficiencies to the training team.

• Relay field feedback to product and training teams to enhance programs and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, field training, or enablement, preferably in HVAC, home services, clean energy, or building trades.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to clearly convey product and installation information.

• Exceptional facilitation abilities for hands-on workshops, virtual webinars, and sales training sessions.

• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems such as Docebo, Lessonly, Litmos, Absorb, or similar platforms.

• Highly organized and self-motivated; capable of managing travel itineraries and working autonomously in the field.

• Passionate about home energy solutions and heat pump technology.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively, averaging 50–75% of the time.

• Familiarity with the HVAC industry, including heat pumps, ducted and ductless systems, and refrigeration fundamentals is a plus.

• Practical installation or service experience is an advantage.

• Experience in creating or modifying training videos and written materials is beneficial.

• Background in residential construction, home performance, or building science is preferred.

• NATE certification or other HVAC industry credentials is a plus.
