Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new partners for iGaming traffic through niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, SEO, Email, PPC, ASO, and Facebook.

• Collaborate with Tier-1 markets.

• Manage and foster relationships with current partners.

• Offer partners assistance regarding setup, statistics, and traffic analysis.

• Conduct monthly commission assessments, oversee incoming traffic, and mitigate fraud utilizing in-house tools and the analytics team.

• Create and sustain regular traffic reports.

• Attain established KPIs through the utilization of company resources.

• Participate in international exhibitions and showcase the company's products at these events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Affiliate Marketing within Tier-1 markets (iGaming sector).

• Practical experience with brands from the operator/advertiser perspective.

• In-depth understanding of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.

• Skilled in utilizing analytics tools to monitor traffic performance and campaign conversions.

• Proficient user of Google Sheets.

• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (B2-C1).

• Strong capabilities in stress management and conflict resolution.
