Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing international affiliate partnerships

• Expanding the US publisher network

• Attracting quality users and driving conversions

• Negotiating commercial agreements and payout structures

• Evaluating traffic quality and campaign effectiveness

• Identifying new avenues to enhance acquisition and revenue

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing

• Familiarity with the US market and international marketing campaigns

• Strong connections with publishers, affiliates, affiliate networks, and performance partners

• Experience with CPA / CPI / CPL / RevShare marketing strategies

• Demonstrated capability to optimize and expand affiliate campaigns

• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and S2S postbacks

• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking solutions

• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities

• Skill in identifying new publishers and consistently growing the affiliate channel

• Background in B2C, SaaS, software, cybersecurity, or subscription services is advantageous
