Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Duel's affiliate program from inception to completion.

• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard affiliates such as streamers, KOLs, content creators, and networks.

• Design revenue share, CPA, and hybrid partnership deals.

• Track affiliate performance and optimize for quality outcomes.

• Terminate partnerships that adversely affect the brand.

• Remain active within crypto gambling communities to pinpoint effective partners.

• Work closely with marketing on affiliate initiatives, brand campaigns, and activations.

• Oversee reporting, payouts, and the overall affiliate operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs within the gambling, crypto, or gaming sectors.

• An existing network in this field is a significant advantage.

• Excellent negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of deal structures and economics.

• Capability to differentiate between affiliates generating genuine players and those attracting bots.

• Detail-oriented operational abilities combined with creativity in forming partnerships.

• In-depth knowledge of crypto and familiarity with degen streamers.
