Team Coordinator – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of logistics and fulfillment processes

• Monitoring of SLAs, carrier transit times, and fulfillment lead times of 3PL partners (PVS/AMS)

• Conducting regular performance reviews and establishing clear benchmarks

• Analyzing service provider cost structures, identifying potential savings, and supporting renegotiations

• Addressing bottlenecks and designing new end-to-end processes to scale logistics

• Strategically shaping inventory distribution across locations and linking it to demand planning

• Automated integration of performance and billing data as well as supporting interface adjustments in NetSuite

• Transitioning carrier tracking (Aftership) into automated dashboards

• Defining the logistics KPI framework, creating system requirements, and mapping relevant data in the internal dashboard

• Managing and prioritizing the operational logistics team while building process knowledge

• Collaborating with IT, Finance, Retail, and external partners

• Assuming increasing strategic responsibility for new warehouse locations, international market entries, and operational projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in operations, supply chain management, e-commerce logistics, or 3PL service management

• Experience in leading, structuring, and developing smaller operational teams

• Strong practical experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), WMS interfaces, as well as BI and dashboard tools

• Numerical affinity and analytical thinking; ability to independently read performance reports and derive savings potential

• Hands-on and solution-oriented work approach

• Organizational talent and ability to interface between IT, Finance, Retail, and external partners

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
