This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, integrate, and deliver forecasts tailored to specific accounts or brands for internal sales and operations planning.

• Integrate replenishment data, point-of-sale figures, sales promotion details, marketing strategies, manufacturing capacity, and updates on new product introductions or deletions into the forecasts.

• Enhance the accuracy of demand forecasting for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify suitable algorithms for statistical forecasting.

• Oversee and manage product history, precise forecasting, and promotional demand.

• Evaluate internal demand stream data and classify it based on demand patterns.

• Coordinate sales and marketing intelligence for each operational unit to be utilized in forecasting systems.

• Work in collaboration with sales teams, national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and associated forecasting and planning groups.

• Assist in business planning, inventory optimization, customer fulfillment, forecast accuracy, S&OP, and informed decision-making for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in demand planning and forecasting.

• Proficient in statistical forecasting, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand analysis, inventory/replenishment planning, promotional forecasting, cross-functional stakeholder management, improving forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is advantageous, though not necessary.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with Power BI reporting is a plus.

• Familiarity with the Blue Yonder planning system is a plus.
