Logistics Coordinator, T&T

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Proactively and effectively monitor and trace all shipments in transit in a timely manner.

• Deliver relevant and precise tracking updates to internal team members.

• Keep internal and external platforms updated with accurate shipment information.

• Communicate load specifications and details with drivers and carriers from dispatch through to delivery.

• Address customer and carrier inquiries related to shipment status.

• Elevate shipment issues to the appropriate internal contacts.

• Provide exceptional service to Fox Logistics customers.

• Execute operational tasks that support internal sales team members and contribute to business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Entry-level position.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Quick learner with a strong capacity to multitask.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Accountable, straightforward, and confident personality with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm EST.

• Preferred work locations include Belgrade, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Nis, or Novi Sad.
