This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of a team of 9β11 Regional Account Managers throughout the Western U.S. and Canada.
β’ Propel sales growth, increase market share, and enhance profitability through the implementation of regional business strategies.
β’ Establish strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
β’ Assist in opportunity development, negotiations, and deal closure during the sales process.
β’ Mentor and support newer sales representatives through coaching, ride-alongs, and practical field training.
β’ Foster Salesforce CRM discipline, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure forecasting and commercial excellence.
β’ Aid in product launches, training programs, and the adoption of TASKI solutions.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams to optimize customer value and drive business growth.
β’ Oversee regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance metrics.
β’ Report directly to the North America Sales Director.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management.
β’ Proven experience in leading remote sales teams and managing organizations spread across various geographies.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and cultivating high-performing sales teams.
β’ Excellent skills in coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management.
β’ Experience in B2B, distribution, facility solutions, or related fields is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
β’ Strong communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
β’ A valid U.S. driver's license.
β’ Reliable access to an international airport.
β’ Openness to travel for customer visits, distributor meetings, ride-alongs, and team development activities.
