This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team conducting monitoring reviews, inspections, and program analyses.
• Provide task management, technical supervision, coordination, documentation, and review of facility inspections and evaluations.
• Supervise personnel and manage site assessment activities along with pre- and post-monitoring tasks.
• Design program logic and assess performance metrics.
• Create and revise program monitoring schedules in line with government regulations and established deadlines.
• Perform targeted needs assessments to uncover knowledge gaps and resource limitations.
• Report on monitoring activity status and recommendations to federal personnel.
• Develop training materials and assist in the facilitation of training sessions.
• Review monitoring reports, corrective actions, and deliverables prior to submission.
• Track, oversee, and document corrective actions and evidence of closure.
• Analyze monitoring outputs to identify trends, compliance challenges, and operational risks.
• Act as the primary contact for team execution and delivery.
• Support the professional development, onboarding, training, and performance management of the team.
• Implement processes and procedures, managing improvement solutions.
• Review monthly reports and authorize consolidated reports.
• Approve timecards, leave requests, proposed travel, and expense reports.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Seven years of related professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of previous supervisory experience.
• Progressive experience in project and task management with significant managerial responsibilities.
• Established background in monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience in monitoring providers serving underserved communities is preferred.
• Proven experience in quality assurance.
• Experience managing oversight of large, cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Existing MBI T2 Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
• US citizenship is not a requirement.
• Travel requirement of less than 10%.
